Set a goal and not a limit

You are never too old, set another goal. Age is not a barrier but rather the limits you set your mind too are your barriers, do away with them and watch as you surpass your goals.
Goal according to Merriam Webster dictionary means something that one hopes or intends to accomplish and on the other hand Limit is defined as a real or imaginary point beyond which a person or thing cannot go.
A goal is quite different from a limit, a goal is an aim which an individual intends or have in mind to accomplish while a limit is the stopping point of an individual.
Alot of people tends to set their limits In their minds thinking they are setting goals, for example a guy who has set his mind on doing 50 sit ups starts the process and at the end he notices that when he reached the 50 he still had the strength to add about 20 more but because he had set his mind to do 50 sit ups he won't further more but stop at that point. This would make 50 sit ups the limit set by mind because he didn't attempt to pass that, but if he had set a goal of 50 sit ups and he was eventually able to reach 70 then he set a goal but he surpassed the goal and reached his limit.
We all have limits to things we can do either due to our physical strength, emotional stability or intelligence quotient, so whatever we intend to do let's set our goals and then we reach our limit not setting our limit by ourselves.
